Order cancellation can be done in 24 hrs of the order placed on our site only. After 24 hrs, NO product cancellation request will be entertained. All prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs or the order date. After 24 hrs no cancellation request will be granted.

We cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. If you want to modify of an address please contact Customer Service. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses. We cannot accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors’ courier companies.

Please provide the Order number and reason. If order is cancelled by the customer, we will deduct 4% of total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable, and courier charges will be bared by the customer.
