RETURN POLICY

All products that are sold on our site are quality checked and if there is any defect in product we offer easy replacement under following conditions:

(a) We offer replacement for all defective items, if available otherwise full credit for product.
(b) In case of any manufacturing defect, customers may notify us within 24 hours from the delivery. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
(c) We may ask you to share the images of the product and the internal & external packaging material.
(d) Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the defective product with a brand new product with extra shipping cost.
(e) We will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
(f) Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer is not returnable at all.

There are certain conditions When are returns are not possible:
(a) If the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
(b) Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
(c) If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
(d) Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
(e) Any consumable item which has been installed or used.
(f) Products that may/have been tampered or products with missing serial numbers.
